When the most beautiful pictures uncaptured spoke!! - 1

In life, there are so many instances where we see some of the most amazing scenes but regret of not having an SLR camera with us to capture 'em. I have so many such beautiful pics captured in my brain and just wanna put them out here!! ;)
It was a beautiful sunny day in spite of being rainy season…I got ready to office in a very typical hurry – burry leisure and came out to bus stop. I have one good habit of not getting i-rated even if the bus does not show up for half an hour or so. That’s mainly coz I start observing every minute thing during the wait : P Like the way people walk, the patterns on morning sky, various fonts used on shop names, people’s expressions in vehicles…what not :D .
Amidst these inspections, one view caught my sight in delight. I saw a middle aged lady in her dusty clothes. She looked pale and thin with curly hair that looked not so neat. She was sweeping the shoulders raising a lot of sand. While all was nothing so special, came a little girl running from where I donno!!.The lady looked at her keeping aside her broom and took over her on her shoulders.
As I moved my eyes a little to the right, I saw a dirt cart which is usually kept to throw the garbage. Here follows the most astonishing scene. To my disbelief, the lady placed the kid in it. She continued sweeping. From the background of many huge trees, the sun rays escaped out and lightened up the whole natural setting that was created. Now all I saw was laughter on the little angel not bothered about anything in the world but the dust that was rising. She clapped and clapped her hands while it looked like the sun rays also joined their hands to make an unheard tune. So unintentionally and innocently, did her movements created various stunning patterns of dirt that created a foggy look.
This was the moment I wanted to click it J

When the most beautiful pictures uncaptured spoke - 2

It was a beautiful rainy day.The rains showered like blessings from the sky to mother earth. The drops drizzled over several stunning creations of God. The dirty frog winked in fright when the tiny drop thumped on its peeping head which it had kept out from its water world curious to know what's happening outside. The lazy ladybird hides itself in the rug of leaves it hopped and played till then.Little dusty leaves quivered with joy as they rejoiced and celebrated the long waited bath.

Far aloof, the village looked so spanking new than ever after it was wetted by the light rain.so modest,so composed, the radiating sun put itself out of sight making way to the pompous clouds.Besides all these petite feelings, the livid eagle gaped at the sky sniping for it had missed its daily glide over the rusty mountains.

The buffalo that I pictured and tried my hand at it ;)

All these tiny things shaped out the background, while the main subject remains undescribed yet.The big fat buffalo stands aright in tranquility as if nothing new happened. Its skin so tight, shining so bright, created a beautiful sight as the raindrops tapped on it pitter patter. Its horns like engraved artefacts mirrored each other and stood still amazed at their similarity. The momentary muddy puddle covered up its hooves.

Little cute boy...!!!Charcoal art
And now comes the most interesting foreground of the picture. It’s the little cute boy!!! Small dark brown eyes...Umpteen hopes filled in them. He wore the most beautiful jewel on his face....it’s his smile gleaming with merriment. While his tiny hands held tight the wicker, his entire little body hid itself behind the huge gunny he wore to shield against the shower. He hopped over the small puddle creating beautiful waves and exquisite splashes.

And that forms the most beautiful picture about which my dad told me.The little boy is none other than my dad. :) :) .Was sooo happy when he said the boy looked similar to him :D

Optimism....A divine perception :)

One of the best perceptions I came across!!

'There are no mistakes in life, only lessons. There is no such thing as a negative experience, only opportunities to grow, learn and advance along the road of self-mastery.From struggle comes strength. Even pain can be a
wonderful teacher.'

Card - O - Mania !! :)

It was about a month ago that I was so inspired by quilling art. Precisely from Preethi Shenoy's blog that I got an exposure. Wow what an awe it is to just pattern papers and beautify things around us :) Along with it came ANZ carnival when I wanted to commercialize my talent. But never thought would do this in card making since I had plans only to exhibit my paintings....
It was such a bliss when one of my friends lend her hand in card making. She even came over home and we made some amazing stuff(at-least to me). Had never worked so dedicated anytime. That just tells how passion drives everyone !!.
When I look back and see, I wonder how many places we went to buy the smallest possible stuff, receipts,PP covers, emblishments, satins, glitters oh ...what not :)
Finally!! Here are few cards that I made :)

Art E Facts :)

Certainly in life, few small things gain their importance !! This was the pen stand that I was presented during a Quiz conducted by TCS in my 10th standard.
A never forgettable gift pack from my friends stays with me.I kept all those gala time memories in it now :)

My best birthday gift till date!! Was soooooo overwhelmed when I got from my sweetheart friends Subbu,Vani and Vid :)

What more can you expect when you have all things set. Art just conquers you.A small pen-stand I could make out of a cello-tape role stands upright in pride as it holds together the paintbrushes :)

Loneliness

Loneliness.... in the empty world
Now I see, nothing at all
Just blank and still, stands the time
Have got no words,to make it rhyme

But still I dream, for an inch of hope
Through the clouds, and behind the rains
While I hear, the songs of chimes
Makes me write, indolent poems

Drops and dews, like beads and pearls
Catch my eyes,throwing my tears
Far behind,the hills so high
Teach me lessons as I see

Broken heart, is beating now
Thoughts that surround, are so new
Fresh and green, is my breath
With these I can, fight the death.....

Extraction from abstraction (* Only if have patience :P)

When you feel really lonely, the world looks nothing but empty. U feel the time is not at all moving... u just feel there are no words(things) to make your poem(life) rhyme(happy).

But unknowingly, God would have presented before you some words that actually rhyme(some situation favourable)[Observe that "time" and "rhyme" rhyme]. When you realize that, u will start musing each and everything. Your thoughts just after depression ll be higher that ever.
You will start learning from every piece of Nature.

When I see dew drops, I realize even pearls are made out of the same. So why waste tears and bring their worth down??So this realization throws it all.

When I gaze at mountains, they teach me lessons of high hopes. With all these realizations, now I feel like conquering the whole world!!

Dusk to Dawn

Sunrise

Morning Fog

Awesome Plantations

The fruits I told about

The dragon like log
The way I walked

It was a dusky day and I laid down my legs into the pool that I was sitting beside, enjoying the lovely warmth of the water; but suddenly felt so desperate and jumped into the water and started swimming. Was wondering at the way I was swimming. I’d rather put it as “I was wading backwards!!!”. It felt as if somebody was pulling my hand from behind. I was in fact, gasping as I dipped myself inside the pool often as the pool seemed to deepen at some places.  Fighting against water I just opened my eyes.

I see dad calling me from behind “Come on get up Vandu!! Come; let’s go for a morning walk”. Feeling a sudden relief from the suffocation that my dream had created; I told myself, “Let me do something useful today at least. Yes!! Come on…. Wake up…Bhashya!!!”.I woke up at last after some more time as dad’s voice was lulling in my ear.

I freshened up and was quite excited to wear the new jacket that my sis gifted me recently. My cousin, Geethu accompanied me along with Dad. As I started, I walked briskly and budged bragging about the way I walked. My sister started laughing as she knew I was kidding. But dad grunted “You are supposed to start your morning walk slowly and then pace up Vandu”. Geethu started giggling. I grinned at her :-/ . As we moved on, the way seemed so muted but very pleasant. There was a smooth transition from the dark blue sky to a brighter of its shade. We crossed several known houses all along.

The next moment, I remembered something and pulled out my cell phone off my pockets. I played some instrumental music which I often listened to. But listening to it now brought in a new energy in me. The music was perfectly in sync with whatever I saw!! The way the birds flew, the way the trees quivered, the way the electric wires swung, our feet movements, the way the little paddy plants hustled each other, every possible thing!!! :-).Dad loved the music too. He said “Wow! Whatta tune!!:)”.I felt happy. As I watched across, I saw that the morning fog was yet to uncover the paddy fields it hugged and slept along all night. Amidst all blue-green hues, a huge orange ball popped up slowly behind the coconut trees that were still in my observation window. It was the sun; brilliant, bright and big. It was beautiful to see all kinds of green shades underneath the husky orange color that the morning sun spread over the eastern sky. Appreciating the divine beauty, I rolled over my eyes and looked at the scaly pattern the clouds had spread across. It felt like a fisherman threw a huge net to catch the sun!!;-)

As we walked, Dad said “Hey! Look at that tree.” A very familiar tree stood besides us bearing lot of reddish small fruits. It was the same kind of tree which I played and sat below in my school days. We used to pluck all possible fruits we could reach for. We ate up the fruits to the extent that I never even new that they turn this red when they ripen! For now we could see so many ripened fruits fallen down on the wet grassy ground. I couldn’t control my excitement and started picking up all possible fruits it blessed us with. We washed them up near the tap that was fixed up in front of a near by temple. I savored the first fruit .As I sucked in the pulp, all my school memories struck up my mind at once!! The childish fights with my friends for the same fruits that were lying plenty right in front of me now.I put a handful into my pockets and started hopping and walking this time. I was now realizing that all the thudding of our footsteps was now fading away in the chaos the vehicles produced. I was a bit annoyed with the unnecessary honking which disturbed the natural tune that jingled in my ears.

For now, I could not believe that I had seen these many things just in less than an hour!! But something reminded me that it was time to return. It was my leg that started aching badly. Coincidentally Dad too turned about. I could clearly make out the transition from serene pleasant atmosphere to an abhorrent one. Several thoughts crossed my mind. “Can’t we have a life without vehicles?” “Why do we have to meddle with nature?” “How would it be if it drizzled now!!?”Geethu’s voice suddenly brought me back to the world. “What’s the time now Akka?” she snapped. I looked into my cell phone.”Its just 6 10 am!” I exclaimed. We turned back and started walking. But this time nothing was that delighting. I saw rose plantation that we missed out;I saw a dragon faced log too Then we went back home staring at the blunt road with vehicles :(.

The beauty of Nothingness 

This painting has got so many memories tagged to it. Firstly this is my 3rd water color painting and 1st painting which came out quite well: P. I saw a similar picture in the news paper and went mad over its beauty that I painted it on the same day. :) .This painting has not only taught me to improve my painting skills but has also showcased life in a different angle.Though there are oodles of difficulties in a desert, it seems so composed and beautiful. The radiant hues of it always attract people.

Secondly, my imagination while doing this painting hooks me up with a book that I read recently,” The Alchemist”. This is a wonderful book written by Paulo Coelho :).

Thirdly, this painting was displayed in my class: NOT AS AN APPRECIATION: D but as misconduct :D .It was the first day of 4th semester and I in my usual sense of pride got all my paintings to college. Was showing it to my friends during the break time and forgot to collect it from them. When the next class started, my two friends Shruti and Ranjni got caught to one of our lecturers when they were seeing my paintings. L.The fun part is some of them thought these were done by Ranjni J. And to my luck all my paintings were displayed in the class and this work of art received applaud too :P.
